The answer to this question is with difficulty.
In order to even be considered, you must have gained acceptance into our Trusted Member group, and then after that, continue to be active and supportive of other members on the site, then and only then will you be up for consideration. Whining posts asking to be a mod will cause instant disqualification, the only way to bypass the above process is if the overwhelming majority of current staff members recommend you to our ranks.
